Windy

I'm a big fan of Home Bargains after they brought in a new brand of cat food sachets called Marthas, about £7.50 for 40 as opposed to nearly 20 quid for some of the better known brands. The stuff looks and smells just the same as the posh stuff and the cat thrives on it so the cupboard's full of the stuff! He only gets one a day and some cheap dried stuff so much cheaper to keep than a wife! 😜 

Could do with a cat at the moment Pat, some idiot upstairs has been throwing bread out of the window to feed the birds. So we have an influx of Seagulls and other avian delights plus two rats. Pets are not allowed by the lease. So no moggies, that being the case I shall have to secretly appropriate an air gun to top the rats!

I don't think mine's interested in rats or mice any more, he's retired and become lazy unlike his young days when he killed everything that moved, rats mice rabbits you name it he killed it, which is what I brought him home from Scotland for, but she's turned him into a lap cat and he just lays on the windowsill looking out at rats round the bird feeder nowadays. He did sort out a friend's dog we were minding a few weeks ago, leaving him with a cut eyeball and a big vet's bill for his cheek!🙄

The dog was at the vets yesterday for an eye specialist to look at his mince pie. He said there was some scarring on the cornea, but it's basically healed after what he called "A typical cat slap". He'll maybe think twice before trying to grab an Airborne cat again! 😆 

The speed and agility of a cat is awesome, puts a new perspective to strength versus speed! 🤔
