No Bob it wasn't that one but they did have the same sauce boats for the curry sauce. She said to just get one and she'd have a dip in mine while she had tartare herself. My reply,to the shock of the waitress, was "F.ck off and get yer own I'm not sharing!" She did,and finished most of hers as I knew she would, despite saying she only wanted a taste! Once bitten.......been there too many times before! Pissing down this morning and still waiting for her to drag her idle arse out of bed!

Brilliant fer kids ta wetch, realistic battle ships on the pond and wire mounted aircraft flying across bombin em. Pyrotechnics in the pond med it a great spectacle. Not sure if they still do it tho?

Dave I think it was Ron Goodman who used to take celebrities back to their childhood holidays. He took somebody to the old model sea battle at Scarborough. It must have been a couple of year since I saw it so it's still there mate!
Gud ta see it,s still guin Bob. That shud keep the bin lids mobiles from bein stuck ta their mince pies fer 10 fukkin minutes!
Saw them at Whitby Abbey and museum the other day wandering through both with their eyes firmly glued to their phones while their thumbs twitched away, seeing bugger all around them!
Well you could if you still like steam engines have gone to Whitby in one of these trips https://www.nymr.co.uk/Posted by: @patSaw them at Whitby Abbey and museum the other day wandering through both with their eyes firmly glued to their phones while their thumbs twitched away, seeing bugger all around them!

Went on a tab in Norf Yorkshire once n went thru that owd cliff top joint started ta bi built called Ravenenscar, all the groundworks roads n footins in but got binned n left abandoned, so no gud guin fer a job on the owd monkey theer! Headed in land thru the cuds just in time ta see the owd choo choo guin past so gid the customary wave ta the passengers on boord, only ta see some cheeky kunts givin mi the rods back! 😦Â
Seen the old steam trains when we walked the Coast to Coast, and that place where they filmed Heartbeat. Bet those old villagers were pleased to see the back of those TV crews!
I was sad to see ads everywhere for various Yorkshire steam fairs next month as I love the old machines and the smell of them. She just told me to grow up! Waiting on the dock at Stranraer for the ferry which is unloading at the mo and then homeward bound after a great 10 days or so away, and mightily glad the old van has made it. Got 3 huge haggis's (or is that Haggi in the plural?)in the back ready for the freezer when we arrive. Big enough for about 5 people I reckon but the normal shop I got the smaller ones from has shut so needs must!
Enjoy them Pat, they used to sell them in Marks and Sparks small ones mind but very tasty, still keep my eyes open but haven't seen them for a couple of years now!
Thiz a farm shop just below Penshaw monument up ere weer thi sell beautytash poork pies az thick az a wrestlers neck, lubbly jubbly! 🤪Â

Of course! It'll be next week before I can sample one as I've got to dash off to London tomorrow for a piss up with the doctor stepson in the guise of hiring suits for his impending wedding.
Forgot to mention I called into the Dumfries Aviation Museum with it's Airborne Forces display, after many years of passing it by. Very interesting place maintained by volunteers, who refused to let me leave before signing the Dakota door leaning on the wall alongside hundreds of other signatures, some of whom I knew. Well worth a visit, especially in august when they have a ABF day!
Here's the evidence of Pat's visit. he couldn't miss the opportunity of a self inflicted punishment session.Â
Tha looks well on that pic Pat, in fact a thought it wuz a new ad fer JANEPLAN! 😊Â
That's the Wombat plan diet Dave. Always worked for me,20 times round the square with a 60lb shell on yer shoulder, just thought I'd demonstrate it to TLO but she still swears by eating powdered shit from that Cambridge Diet and then moans it tastes crap!
