After falling off the bike I suffered for weeks with a sore shoulder. Not able to get the speed back so was resigned to the fact I am getting on. Today I sailed along just goes to show what a little rest can do.

Az the sayin guz Jack, "Every little helps!" A do nowt az near az a used to these days, just bimble along at a steady pace n let the dogs do all the runnin. No knockin mi bollox off anymoor and when workin out concentrate moor on technique than intensity and resistance. No more heavy bag work, just light bag for speed and accuracy but cataracts are a bastard, quite often it springs back n twats mi. One things fer sure tha can,t beat Mother Nature!
