Just thought these might bring back a few memories.Â
Stanley Unwin had iz own dialect, no fukker cud understand it ! 🤔Â
That's a blast from the past Dave, Stanley Unwin, think the last time I say him he was on with Wilfred Pickles.
Couldn't understand a word he said, the true art of complete gobbledegook!
A gud laff tho Bob! 😆Â
Like most of the old comedians Dave, all classed as not politically correct mate. Could you imagine the BBC allowing somebody like Jim Davidson or Bernard Manning on prime time telly .🤣
Bloody hell Jack, you just made me aware of my own mortality mate, he was the same age as me. Mind I never had his voice, so I was never destined for the charts! RIP Neil there are not a lot in same league singing today! 😐Â
Used to roller skate to his music
Used to like the old rock and roll music, 1950s was a great era to be a teenager, bopping to old Gene Vincent, Little Richard, Eddie Cochrane just to name a few of some of the great artists of that era. Loved it!
Jerry Lee Lewis,"Goodness Gracious, Great Balls O Fire!"
Love all that 50's/60's stuff and annoy TLO by making her listen to 'Sounds of the 60's' on Radio 2 every saturday morning for an hour before I get up and leave her in peace. They stopped making anything worth listening to about halfway through the 70's I reckon! She's stuck in the 80's and listens to absolute shite quite happily! 🙄Â
50s & 60s Toons my era and great memories, "Am All Shook Up!" 😊Â
Tony Curtis's hair cuts order of the day, today it's more like Yul Brynner!
