Re where the money comes from...the same place it came from for the £1.24TRILLION in QE (aka money for our mates), the 10's-100's £Bns wasted in unneccesay wars in Afghan and Ukr, the £Bn's of fraud during covid and the total £409Bn to pay for covid.  They will simply do as i am doing now...hit some keys on a keyboard and virtuall print it.  You have to wonder why, when it comes to public spending eg, NHS, they rely on borrowing and taxes etc.  All part of diverting public money to private wealth.
