Of course all these checks are only any good if they've been caught before, or suspected at least. If they have a clean record it doesn't mean they're ideal to work with kids, just undetected! There would be no need for the checks if they were just culled at the first offence of course!

Deffo times av changed since I wuz roofin Bob. When duin a roofin job on an insurance claim, uded ta insist on cash on completion, mek a bill out fer quite a few ackers more than the actual cost fer the customer ta send ta the insurance company ta wait fer payout, customer happy and roofer happy.
