Made a big pot of vegetable soup the other day with extra dried marrowfat peas in it as she loves them, then had complaints about the farting all night! 🤭 

Some nice cooked ham topped wi peas puddin Beautytash Bob! 😋 

They just sell it in tins down here Dave, I can make it myself with a few split pease in a muslin bag boiled in a pan with a ham shank.

As you say goes well with slice ham and stottie cake!

Like a good Broth Dave, my granny used to make a lovely broth bless her. You could stand the spoon up in it. Finish fore shift at the pit on a cold winters morning and sit down to a bowl of that and a pint pot full of tea before you got your head down. Nowt better mate!

There is always a big cry when some care home for kids has been found to have kiddy fiddlers on staff. But nowt gets done about it, because it happens time and time again.

There needs to be some serious vetting of staff applying for positions at these places!
