I bet you've a pair of binos like the ones on ships that can see a matchstick at 20 miles, counting her watch springs! 😉

The daughters are well into technology, and set the Ayathola's phone up so she could hear it through her hearing aids, it's very clever she can set it to block out incoming sound from any position around her if it's interfering with her conversation with someone. Think it works off Bluetooth or something. She can listen to music in the car without me hearing it, which is a blessing to me!

I was in the British Heart Foundation charity shop today, where some geezer bought four sets of binoculars for £10.00 quid apiece. I was a bit pissed off really because I was thinking of buying a pair. Bet he flogs them off at double the price.

I see people in the charity shops all the time buying up impossible quantities of clothes to sell on ebay or vinted/car boot sales at a profit. there's a local animal charity one opposite the GP's surgery near ours, and when TLO's in for an appointment I sit outside watching the same people coming out with carrier bags full and tossing them into the boot of the car. I suppose it makes no difference to the shop, it's all money in their pocket, but like you say it's annoying when you've got your eye on something and they snatch them all up!

A lot of the shop lifting these days is done by organized foreign criminal gangs on a shop lift to order basis.

I don't have any faith in politician's, because they are still allowing thousands of these boat people into our country knowing that they are taking advantage of our benefit system.

They don't seem to understand that you need to be paying national insurance during a citizens working life to be able to claim any right to it.

The sad thing is, the situation is only getting worse. Eventually the Country will become bankrupt because of the amount of money it's forking out to keep them.
