Deffo! Some great stuff found lately. Some kid from South America, first time out with iz basic urdy gurdy unearthed a big fukk off gold nugget the size of a wellie boot weth thousands. Not much chance o,er ere, usually gold jewellery and coins. Fine by me, but once unearthed weer bronze wuz smelted durin the Bronze Age, big lumps of ore that was quite valuable to collectors.

It's good to know that some things do have a value big or small, but I still think the best bit is knowing your holding something which has not been touched by human hand for over a thousand years or more. And thinking of the occurrences in history which which happened since it last saw the light of day, bloody interesting to say the least!

When you dig something like that up it makes you think, the last person to hold that lived in a time with no modern facilities. No electrics, gas, cars, radio, aircraft, to name a few. If they were transported into this era they would be terrified!

I'm terrified and I live in it! I see that a tribe in the Amazon has been ruined by getting access to mobile phones and the youngsters have instantly become addicted to porn sites. The normally reserved tribe previously found public kissing unacceptable but can't now drag the young men away from the handsets to perform basic tasks needed for their everyday survival in the jungle!

Most of them will just have huge thumbs and no tongues as they've mostly lost the power of speech and will only text/tweet each other even when sat next to their mates! Also buying stuff with a tap or one of those squiggly things on the tables in restaurants/pubs with no human interaction!
