Most of these councils are in deep shit financially which is why their charging for everything they can. Pay your Council Tax but still have to pay at the tip if you want to get rid of DIY stuff rubble sacks etc. Luckily I'm going there tomorrow with non chargeable gear so that should please them, you have to book a slot these days to dump stuff. You can't just turn up like the old days, they just turn you away, number plate recognition to let your car in!

These fukkers can claim benefits or their three wives an as many fukkin brats as they can spew out.  Thing is, if we complain they play the race card nd hv succeded in having the law changed in their favour. For example, we could receive up to fourteen years in nick for what we type on here.
