Just doing a job now in the bedroom Dave, when I pulled out the built in wardrobe, there was all the colours of the rainbow mate with raised edges. got most of it rubbed down but there are still ridges and dips some of which I've filled with Polyfilla. So I am going to use a base coat from Polycell, I've used it before and was pleased with the result so hoping it does what it says on the tin.

Got all this to come, spent hours on thursday being dragged round furniture shops and Ikea looking for 'Ideas' for the new house, when we've got 2 complete houses worth of furniture and fittings to choose from already!
