AT LAST!
At last, oral releif, the "Trouble" sed fukk all for 8 hours!
🤣 🤣 🤣Â
All I can say is feeling better had a gut problem for months cut out meat soup for main meal for a week lost 5 Lbs still need to get more off. Averaging 130 miles a week but times are down. Done some reading on diverticular thinking that's what IÂ have. On this occasion it comes down to what I was eating
Â
A lot of truth in the old saying Jack, "You are what you eat". Could be spot on when you see all the young fat bastards these days who live on takeaway scoff and do very little physical activity apart from lifting one o them fukkin mobiles to their lug.
We don't have many takeaways Dave but that virus I would not wish on any one. TLG had no symptoms. I have nothing to complain about when I hear what other people are going through
What you eat is what you are! We would all like to eat healthy but it seem if it's good for you they stick the prices up. It's like their supporting a nation of fat bastards, and that's not right is it?
It,s a real fine balancing act knowin wot best ta scoff these days, Wot wi high calorie content o sweet stuff n a lorra stuff causin  allergies. If tha can manage best ta stick ta basics, veg, fruit n lean meight, wholemeal bread, a allus av a good brecky, meusli or porridge n stick a bit o dried fruit on fer taste, sometimes lob a banana on n that weak as piss skimmed milk. A luv all the shite tasty scoff so no harm in treatin theesen now n agee-an just stick ta moderation. A wuz teld yonks agu ta lob the fryin pan away but fukk that! A luv a pan full o scrambled eggs ta lob on a tin o baynes wi some lean grilled bacon. Fukkin ell, a feel hungry now!
I like the meusli with a banana, at the moment its gooseberry jam on toast which is a little runny as I don't put too much sugar in it when I cook them Â
Healthy brecky that Jack.Â
