My brother in law poor bugger, suffered with incontinence from both, he had like a condom thing with a pipe to a bag to catch the piss, which kept slipping off his knob so he constantly soaked himself. And he had faecal incontinence, so he had to wear a big pad to prevent making a mess of himself. the problem is that the system never worked well, so when he passed on it was a relief to the family who used to have the job of constantly washing the bedding and his clothes. We all get problems but thankfully not as bad as that, it must have been hell for him to live with!
