Fukkin ell! That new way o stampin soo-ap dodgers passpoorts at Manchester Airpoort iz fukkin Brill!
Is there such a Country called Doctor Martins ? 😁Â
Used ta wear em issued free on the holy ghost Bob, new pair every 6 months.
They were comfortable enough Dave, only trouble I had with them was I got Athletes Foot wearing them so ended up having to bin them.
They deffo needed a couple o weeks to breakin Bob so used ta lallop plenty o dubbin on mine.
Good stuff the old Dubbin, used to keep your feet dry if the leather was starting to go on your old clodhoppers!
Used ta purrit on mi owd brown leather footy boots Bob, the ones thy ad ta nail them leather studs on usin an owd iron hobbin foot. Also purrit pn mi owd leather casey ball, then on ta mi cricket bat weer a used ta lallop plenty o linseed oil on it. Thy ad ta look after thi stuff back in them days!
I'd like to see some of these young players these days playing with a pair of those on Dave! When I was down the pit we used to have a grease tray in the lamp room, and you brushed a load of it on your boots before catching the cage it helped keep your feet dry in wet conditions and helped to stop your boots turning into concrete blocks drying out in your locker!
The life of the working man Bob. The kunts in power aint gorra fukkin clue! 😠Â
It's amazing when you think that during WW2, every 10th man called up was sent to the collieries, that's how important the coal industry was to the war effort mate. That was the Bevan boys, even when the war finished there was such a shortage of pitman that displaced persons from Europe and prisoners of war were offered employment. Now the lazy twats will neither work nor want!
Deffo no unemployment when our generation left skoyle Bob. A mate o mine went ta the pit ta learn ta be a pit prop erector and besides, work was the means of purrin some ackers into the family pot. Tha dint gerrowt fer nowt back then
It's a lost ethic now Dave, some will tell you "I can't work I'll lose my benefits" And that is a sad state of affairs!
Cheap labour from bongo bongo land az totally fukked the British worker Bob.
Trouble is Dave, they are still coming in every day on small boats, expecting us to fund a lifestyle which they themselves do not wish to contribute to!
Housed, all benefits guin fer duin f..k all Bob! 😬Â
