Bin 403'd about 4 times on the trot. The wording in my posts did not contain any naughty words. Can someone explain in simple terms (coz I am simple) who the f**k initiates a 403, why, and are there any guidelines from whoever carries out the 403 about what kicks a 403 off, then I can follow the rules. Army adage 'only issue an order that is capable of being clearly understood and capable of being carried out'. C**ts!
