Hi I'm Gary (one of Tom's two sons) I've only just come across this and all I would really like to say is thank you all for your good wishes to my dad.
Obviously I realise there is an extended family due to him being a Para and the cameradie and close friendships that he would have built up in his 22 years in the paras.
as several of you have said my father loved to tell a story and that will always be something I will personally miss.
So one again thank you for your condolences and sorry it's taken so long for one of the family to reply.
