Having taken into account the current COVID restrictions that currently apply in the different parts of the UK, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2021 reunion.
The Chairman Nick Butler will be heading up the Fan at 0930 hrs on Saturday the 15th May and he will lay a BAFC wreath on behalf of the Club at the summit.
He will also toast The Fallen.
If other members wish to make their own pilgrimage up the Fan at their own risk please follow the relevant COVID restrictions that will be in place.
As a Club we are not able to accept liability for members safety and well being over the weekend of 14/15 May. Our Clubs insurance that normally covers Fandance will not operate this year.
Update to follow reference Aldershot 10 Miler on the 20th November 2021.

A great man, and a great Paratrooper – who brought light to the darkest of moments.
I’ll never forget sitting in the ‘Drummer’ (Tidworth,) one Saturday afternoon with my wife. There were two Irish Rangers sitting at the bar with their wives. In walked Ghost, went straight into the toilet. A few moments later he reappeared, naked, walked straight to the bar and stood next to the two women. The bartender said, “I’m not serving you!” “why?” Ghost replied, Bartender, “you have no money?”

It is with great sadness that I inform you of the passing of Ghost.
As some of you may know Ghost had been battling cancer for sometime, his determination to see as many of his Brothers as possible before he left us was inspirational. I'm sure many others would have preferred to lay on their bed resting. Ghost travelled the Country, obviously in pain and distress, in the weeks before his sad passing. I'm so pleased I managed to see him before he left us.
Ghost was a 3 Para legend - RIP my friend.
RIP brother in arms. I know your pain, fortunately my cancer is in remission but the damage from my strokes is so very painful all the time only my Para Reg training is getting me through it . (Ex 1 Para)

Remember him for who he was and not how he died. He was your friend and he was an easy going guy from the sounds of it. I am sorry for your loss.
