Just guz ta show Bob, it,s never too late. Regardless of age, today is the first day of the rest of yer life. Mainly bodyweight n fitness stuff fer me these days, just do what I can, cos the owd knees, back n shoulders are suffering from all the wear n tear from a combination of that Spanish kunt, Manual Labour n all the heavy stuff in the gym when young n daft. Even the owd german bands are suffering from time spent in the square circle with arthritic fingers that I can,t straighten, but despite all this I loved it and still enjoy the owd physical jerks that I can manage. "Trouble" can,t understand why I do it n ses it,s about time I just relaxed n purrit all behind me, but fukk that, plenty o time when I,m fried bread.
