Having taken into account the current COVID restrictions that currently apply in the different parts of the UK, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2021 reunion.
The Chairman Nick Butler will be heading up the Fan at 0930 hrs on Saturday the 15th May and he will lay a BAFC wreath on behalf of the Club at the summit.
He will also toast The Fallen.
If other members wish to make their own pilgrimage up the Fan at their own risk please follow the relevant COVID restrictions that will be in place.
As a Club we are not able to accept liability for members safety and well being over the weekend of 14/15 May. Our Clubs insurance that normally covers Fandance will not operate this year.
Update to follow reference Aldershot 10 Miler on the 20th November 2021.

Some great links on this wiki article on the 6th Airborne Div.
Including all the units and their histories. I never knew two of the Brigades were on the Right and Left Flank at the famous 101st Airborne encirclement at Bastogne. I suppose our gang kept quiet about it all.
Well we don't have Hollywood do we ? Just the bloke banging the big gong.
"If they control your speech.....they control your life" Me
I remember me late father in law owd Bill who wuz 12th Battalion 6th Airborne telling me once that the powers that be decided ta let that one go to the Yanks.
Yes Dave.... but we had two full Brigades from the 6th AB Div inside that encirclement protecting the left and right flank of the 101st and not a peep about it. You have to go digging in obscure historical ref's to find any mention of it.
I suppose the blokes just came home and put it behind them and pushed on with life. Stoic I think is the term.
I mean look at "Band of Brothers". The shelling. the splintered trees, the fog and freezing cold and all the casualties. Those two Brigades must have had all the same chucked at them.....but not a peep about it.
Maybe after 400 years of kicking the stuffing out of a third of the world it was not a big deal to the blokes in charge.
Cud ave been worse, knowing Yank propaganda via Hollywood they wud ave made our airborne bros look second to them, the fact the Yanks took all the limelight suggests political undercurrents just like the Maureen's raising the old Union flag over Port Stanley
