    Would be great for skiving.

"Scientists are attempting to replicate the way cephalopods, such as squid or octopus, change colour to blend with their environment and avoid predators.

Steps have been made recently towards recreating this process, called visual appearance modulation, by using an advanced material containing thousands of tiny cells that can detect surrounding colours"

Its not new. Harry Potter had one years ago.
I have always set myself a very low standard, and constantly fail to achieve it.

What happens if the enemy also acquire the invisibility technology?
Everyone would not be able to see each other, except for the wherethe****arewe tribe.
What about target practice? will the targets be invisible?
Yes sir we have parched the holes up, with invisible paste

It's not new technology at all, we had Dennison Smocks and Cam Cream, and a few leaves and twigs in a bit of netting. Didn't cost a lot but it was okay wasn't it ?

The invisibility cloak would be handy for standing in the ladies changing room without being seen. Mind you I'm not sure if that's specifically what its been designed for.

It would be really useful for the Royal Marines - save them a fortune in weight and cost having to lug those white flags everywhere.....
I just don't understand why they won't shut the hell up while I practice my people skills....

When you think about it, the one place the Maureen's never surrender is the Arctic..., after all white flags are well camouflaged..., unless they carry bright pink ones?
polar bears try to blend in but that fox sticks out like a sore thumb sat on that mint..., or is that the bear? Anyway...

What have they got since this video was produced. There is nothing fundamentally inaccurate about what he says. And yes, he's a journalist.

Very interesting Jack. Reminds me of Data in startreck.
I've always believed that technology that the Gov have is at least 20 years ahead from what we are being told.
