I can't understand British voters. They had a God given chance to sweep Westminster clean of all the PC insanity, and most of the sons of/self serving, imported Muslim Indian West Indian political influence and give a mostly British UKIP a go. For four years anyway. I mean you could always tumble them out of office, next election, if they were no good. Plus if a clean sweep was out of their comfort zone, a strong influence would have been OK. I don't understand why they have 11% of the whole vote and one measly seat. How can such a system exist or work efficiently as per the wishes of their employers.....the people ?

Same here in the States. Wonder Boy The Kalifah in Chief in the White House got just 39% of the vote, but he got it in the five biggest states with the most seats in Congress. Its called the Electoral College, and it is open to great manipulation. This is not representative of the wishes of the majority of the people. What about the rest of us that recognised the guy, up front, for what he turned out to be ? What about our wishes ?

That is why I myself think this Democracy lark does not work....and furthermore will never work. This voting for individual people is bunk. We should vote for a Political System in line with our individual beliefs, Then the jobs/positions (ie MP's) should be awarded by a panel of experienced knowledgeable people to other people who are selected from a list of the best brains in the nation. Throughly vetted people on a most highly qualified basis. (Read that last sentence again)
Who wants to be led by a twenty year old, no experience, Scottish University student ? Kids on Facebook thats who..............but not me.

I was on twitter earlier, from what I see and read the stigma of UKIP being racist is still prominent to some ignoramus twats.
If they opened their f****g eyes they would see there's quite a lot of foreigners or immigrants that are supporters of UKIP.
Still there are too many twats out there Tony, and who are binkerd and will never change.. probably those who were never
brought up in Great Britain but UK.

Conspiracy theory has it that UKIP was just a made up Trojan Horse party to drag votes away from labour,and having served it's purpose will ride off into the sunset.

Spot on John, we were brought up when Britain still had an empire, which through jealousy and ignorance we have no longer, not only detrimental to Britain but a backward step for those Countries who decided independence was the route they wanted to take. And look at them now !

I don't know about that Pat, I swore never to vote for Lie-bore ever since Wilson and Callaghan were around to f**k things up, as they did.
So my one vote wasn't missdirected.
