When it became known that Windows XP was not going to be supported, I decided to get a new Computer. So I got an HP Pavilion 20 all in one desktop. Just learning how to drive it with windows hate. When at the beginning of this month, I had an outage on the net, the following day when I tried to use the telephone, all I got was this phone is not connected, the same on the mobile. My ISP at the time was One Seniors which had gone into receivership and been taken over by Vocus. They forgot to tell anyone and it wasn't until a few days later I got limited internet coverage. I asked on the net what is happening and got the reply to phone Vocus. Hard to do when you have no phone connection. I had to buy a cheap throw away mobile just to be able to talk to somebody and then I changed my ISP to iinet They did the telephone straight away and said it would be about ten days before they could do the internet. Meanwhile still on limited internet I get e-mail saying congratulations you are now connected to iinet. I tried to connect "NOTHING" had to wait two days for a tech to come to my house to set it up and he couldn't connect either. Still to do with the ports of my old ISP. Finally got it all sorted out in the last few days but I seem to have lost a couple of things, I know they will still be here on this computer but so far I can't find them. So I will just keep trying. That is what the last month has been TRYING!!!!

Nick it's annoying mate to say the least, my problems start when Grandson uses it, I get everything from the blue screen of death to irritating changes of settings. But that's youngsters for you, perhaps it's me he's probably changing it for the better and I end up buggering it after him !
