That's the problem with having to fill 'Quotas'! So many gays,so many lesbians,non binaries,Asians,Blacks,rapists,murderers,got to have so many of each to meet equal opportunity 'Targets' so there's a high probability of criminal activity among them. Then of course there's opportunities like what happened a few years back when the Asian bloke sued the Met for not promoting him due to 'Racial Bias' and got 200 grand and a promotion out of it. After a couple more promotions that they dare not give him he sued again saying he'd been 'Over promoted' through their racial bias,causing him stress because he wasn't up to the job. Result? another 200 odd grand and a move on equal pay to a simpler job,unbelievable! TLO had to spend an hour in the cop shop yesterday giving another statement about her finding old Norman dead with his shotgun in his gob,the majority of the hour spent helping the young cop with his spelling and grammar!Comment
