In Belfast this afternoon spotted a cyclist in fishnet tights electric pink hotpants and pink bikini top pedalling away merrily with ponytail swinging. Pulled alongside and it was a fat middle aged balding bloke,who didn't even flinch when TLO leaned across me to get a pic on her phone! Walmart has reached Belfast!
