Having taken into account the current COVID restrictions that currently apply in the different parts of the UK, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2021 reunion.
The Chairman Nick Butler will be heading up the Fan at 0930 hrs on Saturday the 15th May and he will lay a BAFC wreath on behalf of the Club at the summit.
He will also toast The Fallen.
If other members wish to make their own pilgrimage up the Fan at their own risk please follow the relevant COVID restrictions that will be in place.
As a Club we are not able to accept liability for members safety and well being over the weekend of 14/15 May. Our Clubs insurance that normally covers Fandance will not operate this year.

I can't see that diesel is any different to petrol, when it comes to pollution Tony.
I honestly believe in the conspiracy theory of the World order. A bit like our beef being banned for 10 years because of foot and mouth.
We have for some years now been importing Japanese cars. Because they can not have any motors over there that are older than 3 years.
So dump them on to us. I did in fact buy a 3 year old Toyota 4x4 about 10 years ago.
Brilliant car at the time.

Diesel Kicks the most shit out I think. My beef is why don't they just let these things wear out and then as they get replaced ....replace it with a Tier 4 Diesel Particulate Filter fitted Vehicle. ???? Not just " Ok you fookers.... You are all off the road Jan Ist 2020.
Surrounding States are loving it. They are snapping up these tens of thousands of beautiful Diesel Trucks and Tractors/Equipment for pennies on the dollar.

I have often wondered if mankind will ever face a hostile threat from another galaxy Kit. Seems inevitable one day. I have to question the wisdom of SETI sending out all this evidence of our existence from our tiny part of the Milky Way. I mean who said they are deffo going to be friendly ? Maybe we should cease and desist and hide out as long as we can.... before we find ourselves in an HG Wells scenario with a load of fookin' three headed space aliens packing belt fed General Purpose Nuclear Blasters or summat.
