    have a break from fish n chips,bacon banjos,tatties an mince.nothing wrong with any of the afore mentioned grub but we all need a change.so some photos of my latest menu.IMG_1540.jpgIMG_1541.jpgIMG_1542.jpgIMG_1543.jpgIMG_1544.jpgIMG_1545.jpgIMG_1546.jpgIMG_1547.jpgwe have potato gratin, roast pork tenderlion, baked potato,mushrooms, onion gray. chicken,asparagus,avocado salad,cilantro and sour cream dressing.cheesecake with rasperry sauce. lemon tart and double cream. more to follow

    more culinary delights bacon and asparagus wraps, chicken tikka masalla and white rice,thai chicken and lemon grass and noodles and mushrooms,and for desert cheesecake with roasted pecan and almond on top home made toffee ....

        and here is the a couple more IMG_1556.jpgIMG_1557.jpgIMG_1558.jpgIMG_1559.jpgIMG_1560.jpgIMG_1561.jpg so we have the creamcheese cake,the pecans and almonds roasted,the caramel being made and finally the finished result. my neighbours love it when i knock there door. it takes approx 3 hours to make the cheese cake..i love cooking i listen to PANDORA music and play classic rock mainly aussie and british a wee bit of british,all good fun

                i am the master chef in this house,and thank goodness, their is only so much tofu, potato chips and soft drinks ye can eat. my maw spoiled us lads with good wholesome food.

                          Well you put on a bloody good spread Billy, if ever I get a chance to hit your neck of the woods mate I'll drop in for a taster, I'm alright with the old slow cooker and simple dishes, but I'm knackered if it its cakes or out complicated. Well done you !
