It's a very touchy subject. You cannot get enough Adults to join the ACF as Instructors,therefor the chances of getting one at a PARA detachment with a maroon beret on his head is almost non existent. Hence the Standard as mentioned. Sadly these standards are set by some kids too.
i had just left the ACF Para detachment in Aberdeen. When it was inspected by Col Keeble (CO XV PARA). He threatened to have them rebadged as the standards shown by some showed the Regimental badge in a bad light.Comment

Oh I don't know,as a substitute for a log,or the weight on the stretcher he could be handy,and shouldn't struggle too much!Probably need to double up the toggle ropes to get round the fat twat though!Comment
