    Russian Airborne Troops practiced their high-altitude parachuting skills in one of Earth’s most extreme environments – above a freezing Arctic wasteland. An exercise of this kind has never been attempted before.

    Every country in the world throwin' ackers into its Airborne Forces and our gang in the MOD have us tottering on the brink of extinction for years now. You would think they would take a hint.....no finer or quicker way of injecting high quality specialist infantry and their support arms and the Hats in London want us gone.

        Jumped with their kit and from their aircraft in Sudan many years ago. No static line at the time a short 'free fall' and parachute opened automatically on a kind of hitefinder. If I remeber right there was a small stabilisor chute which did what it says on the tin - stabilised
