I have just heard that BILL WHYTE passed away in Strathcarron Hospice ast night at 2200. He had fought a terrific battle against Cancer, but in the spirit of "Wee hard men frae Glesca", he went down with all guns blazing. RIP Bill, you'll be missed by all who knew you. Sincere condolences to his wife Rene and all his family and friends.
