Not sure what is meant by this I thought you meant to be clear by ensuring no one could misinterpret what you meant by using the word meant twice - I did not think you meant to get so many replies when we all know what is really meant by your words and you are of course so right even if they were meant to be kept in cages, they were not really meant to be locked up. I think that is what was meant here....
