    Floyd Mayweather.

    Grand Rapids, Michigan USA
    his mothers labour day.
    Nineteen seventy seven, February
    mother acquired another accessory.

    Born into a fighting family
    some fought with fame, majesty.
    Uncle Roger double world champ
    Floyd's father left his stamp.

Our hero a great amateur career
    a national golden gloves buccaneer.
    Turning pro in ninety six
his first fight a very quick fix.

    Roberto Apodaca out in two
    great cheers for this début.
The rest is history as they say
    undefeated to this day.

Umpteen world title's to his name
best pound for pounder in the game.

Top skillster. The only other boxer equal to him when in his prime in my opinion was Roy Jones.

Knew an 18 stone ruffy toughy pitman hard as nails, was terrified of his missus, she weighed about six stone not a picking on her. Yet demanded that he put his pay packet unopened through the letter box before she would open the door for him, and she had a gob on her that would put RSM Britton to shame.
