But daily activities certainly kept you warm Don. At the end of the day a mixture of tea leaves mixed with linseed oil was spread on the gym floor and the AIPTs used to place an upturned top off a vaulting horse filled with weights after being placed on an old blanket. Attach toggle ropes to it and gallop up and down the gym floor which made it shine like shite on a barn door. Old Des Browning the QMSI used to yell,keep going lads it's good for the blood. 🙄 🙄 🙄
