One good thing, when we were on Guard, they left the keys to the cookhouse at the guard room with a note saying they had left bread ,bacon , and eggs out so the lads could have banjo's during the night!

I hated DROs, detailed for cookhouse duties, scrubbing pots and pans covered in grease and burnt on shite.what we would have given for a bottle of fairy liquid!
