What a cracking photo
The bloke behind the front right flute got me five show cleans when he took over 4 or 6 Platoon B Coy Sergeant years later. I was marching down to Pits Rd and was fishing a ten bob note out of me pocket to give to the bloke next to me when he caught it, (dumb I know)
Top of his voice.
"Bradley .....hands in Pockets"
"CHARGE HIM"..... Came the reply.
That was when I found our all about the rigours of the Showclean....
You need yer mates on showcleans. I got three and picked up two more. Mostly because I was a scruffy kunnt. 
I cant remember his name now.
That aint a flute lol Shows what I know.
